Jorge Abreu is the founder and managing attorney of the firm. Jorge serves clients throughout Florida in a variety of criminal and civil matters including but not limited to: personal injury, criminal defense and immigration law.
In the context of personal injury law, Jorge Abreu focuses on assisting seriously injured persons find justice through the legal system. Further, Jorge represents medical providers when payment for their services are wrongfully reduced or denied by insurance companies providing coverage under Florida’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) statute. Additionally, Jorge also serves the South Florida community in a variety of Criminal and Traffic Ticket Defense related matters.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Abreu attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science. While attending law school at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Abreu was the President of the Hispanic Law Student Association (HLSA) and the Treasurer of the Criminal Law Society (CLS). As President of HLSA, Mr. Abreu founded an annual scholarship for a worthy Nova Law Student that demonstrates excellence in community service and maintains a minimum GPA. Mr. Abreu graduated with his Juris Doctorate concentrating on Civil and Criminal litigation in anticipation for Trial.
Jorge Abreu is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Jorge is also an active member of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association (BCHBA), the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
